Laura is passionate about health and fitness in general but also about bridging the gap between fitness and mindset.
After training as an Actor Laura made the transition to be a personal trainer and Life coach. She has her own business combining Life Coaching and Online fitness Coaching as well as being a coach here at Outrivals.
Her main hobbies are strength training, mindfulness and spirituality. If you can’t find her in the gym then you can guarantee she’s either eating, dancing, reading or on a beach!
