Eva believes that everything is energy and she teaches students how to manipulate the energy to their advantage, to bring strength, mobility and pliability to their bodies.
With over 10 years in her yoga journey, her teaching includes a spirit of playfulness and an attitude of curiosity, shifting from the illusion of knowing towards the joy of exploring and redefining what is possible!
Her sessions are designed to incorporate the 4 pillars in fitness; strength, balance, endurance and flexibility focusing on creating a safe environment for students to step outside of their comfort zone and find growth.
