Priscila Hernandez is a Strength and Conditioning coach with a philosophy of functional movement, emphasising correct and safe technique. She has experience in Obstacle Course Racing, competing at the European Championships 2018 & 2019 and the World Championships in 2017. She has also participated in competitions such as Turf Games and Spartan Races. Combining this experience in her training, Priscila includes a mixture of mobility, functional exercises and strength in her classes, aiming to provide an all-round experience.
