Andy has been learning all about Fitness and sports since his childhood. Currently, he is mostly practising callisthenics, yoga and handstands. It’s not unlikely you could meet him whilst he is upside down.

He also qualified for two European level powerlifting competitions with the BPU (British Powerlifting Union); having finished 3rd in his very 1st one whilst studying Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift in great depth for 3 years.

Outside of Fitness, Andy is a musician with a BA Hons and a Masters in Music Composition and Guitar (owning at least 9 of them). He also loves a good old chat, so feel free to drop by anytime to say “Hi”. He has a strong interest in people and often gets coffee with Outrivals gym members after the training session.
